Product Description

Potatoes are grated using the Shake Grader based on their square size. The potatoes are fed into the machines top sieve from the bottom. The machine sieves vibrate sequentially, which causes the potatoes to advance through the sieves. The engine on the front side of the machine is what moves the sieves. A crankshaft is driven by this motor. The sieves shake as a result of the crankshaft. The Shake Grader motor features a frequency inverter that is computer controlled, which causes the sieves to shake at several successive frequencies.
